Your first session starts with a comprehensive assessment, including a hands-on examination and functional testing, to work out what’s causing your problem. You’re welcome to ask questions at any time.
Treatment may include joint mobilisation, soft tissue therapy, postural correction, electrotherapy, exercise and muscle rehabilitation. You’ll also learn techniques to manage your problem at home, including exercises and preventative strategies.
Where needed, our physiotherapists will liaise with others involved in your care, and refer you on if physiotherapy isn’t the best option, for example to a Sports Physician we work closely with.

Your initial consultation is longer than a standard session, to allow time for a full assessment. Follow-up consultations take approximately 30 minutes.
